We are a CrossFit affiliate. We train functional movements, such as running, jumping, squatting, pushing, pulling and pressing.
Our location is off Highway 51 and Yandel Road in Gluckstadt, near the Shell station and the Gluckstadt Fire Department.
The Illinois Central Railroad built Madison Station in 1856. This bustling railroad track in antebellum MS was the forerunner of the city of Madison, located in Madison County. Now that you've had a brief history lesson, it's time to get on board and come "train" with us.
At Madison Station CrossFit, we aim to bridge the gap between all fitness types and levels, to promote and nourish a greater quality of living through increased general physical preparedness. The CrossFit programming is universally scaleable and suitable for individuals of all ages and backgrounds: adults, seniors, children, and teen agers.
We feel the CrossFit community is what sets us apart from other, more traditional fitness facilities and programs. We strive to create an atmosphere that focuses on building relationships, support and camaraderie between individuals with similar motivations and fitness goals.
